Cosmetology
The New England Center for Cosmetology Education offers an intensive program to train students in the field of Cosmetology, including hair design and styling and nail technology. Students will be prepared for the state licensing examination and the beginning of a successful professional career.
Our current progressive curriculum combines with The Paul Mitchell System to deliver a customized, consistent education, including the latest technology and trends in cutting, coloring, and styling.
Students will gain a competitive edge while working with one of the most recognized and performance-oriented product lines in the world. Students will learn to develop good communication skills and learn how to build a loyal clientele by building strong relationships. This program also includes the business aspect of the salon and retail sales while expanding upon the creative side of Cosmetology.
Esthetics
At New England Center for Esthetics Education, the focus is on every aspect of skin care, including waxing, body treatments and makeup.
We offer two programs: the Introduction to Esthetics and the Esthetics Masters Program. These programs are available full-time days or part-time evenings. In addition to the lectures, theory and practical (or "hands-on") classes, working in the clinic is a valuable interactive education for our students.
We also offer individual classes to licensed estheticians who want training in specific areas of interest.
Nail Technology
NECCE is pleased to announce the expansion of the Nail Technology Program to 150 hours. The state-mandated 100 hour requirement is insufficient to prepare nail students for the variety of services offered in salons and spas for today's savvy clients.
NECCE has always strived to offer the most up to date and thorough educational experience, and our nail instructors have the knowledge to fulfill that obligation.
In order for nail technicians to be competitive in today's work force, where the demand for skilled nail technicians exceeds the supply, our students need more practical hands-on experience.
