Cosmetology: 1600 Clock Hours
At CAofB we believe that in order for you to be successful you must know more than basic state board requirements. Your education will cover on all skills needed to become a professional, confident hairdresser in a top salon in only 9 ½ months.
70% of our time here will be spent on hands-on training, specifically in haircutting, hairstyling, coloring, advanced weaving techniques, Japanese hair straightening, perming and hair extensions. We will prepare you with everything you will need for your future salon career.
Esthetician: 600 Clock Hours
At CAofB we know that basic State Board skin training is not enough. In fact, CAofB was the first innovator of specialized skin care training in Orange County.
We recognize the need for professionals to be trained in specialty salon and medical treatments, peels, masks, micro-dermabrasion, spa treatments and waxing. Training is also provided to ensure our students have a thorough knowledge of skin analysis, face mapping and prescriptive retailing that is critical for success.
Manicuring: 400 Clock Hours
In as little as ten weeks you can be a nail technician.
Manicurists are highly sought after in full-service salons and spas. Do not think that there are too many nail shops in your area and that you cannot compete with the others. There is always a need for professional nail technicians in many venues.
Nail technology training includes preparation for state licensing, professional spa treatments and nail enhancements, including: acrylics, tips, wraps, gels and nail art.
